Speaker development has ended for the year. It will resume next year under Sophie Scannell.
The final of the Irish Mace will take place in UCC on Friday, April 8th at 19.00 in the Honan Chapel. John Beechinor and Sean Butler will open the debate. UCD and Trinity College Dublin provide the remaining teams. Food will be served from 18.00 in the Elec Eng building LL1 prior to the debate. Former Taoiseach Garret Fitzgerald has agreed to chair the debate and address the House. The motion is That This House Would Introduce 50% Gender Quotas into Dáil Éireann. A massive social will follow.
Euros trials are taking place on Thursday and Friday 14th and 15th of April. The format will be individual trials on the first day. The CA team will put teams together for team trials on the Friday. Sign up is currently open on the facebook page and on the forum.
The new committee will take over on June 1st.
